What are Cruise Reviews?

Cruise Reviews are ship ratings posted by 7SEAS™ members. In this forum, 7SEAS™ members can share their thoughts and opinions with other cruise shoppers, which can help them make better decisions when researching their Dream Vacation.

Suggestions on what to include in your comments:

Tell us what you enjoyed and what you didn't care for on the ship

What's the best thing about it?
What was most memorable thing about the ship?
What could be improved?

Elaborate on the following features/facilities/services of the ship

Dining: How was the cuisine on board and how was the service in the dining rooms? How was the buffet? Did you try the specialty dining options on board? How was the room service?
Accommodation: How was your stateroom or suite? What was it about your accommodations that made it stand out? What could be done better?
Entertainment: What was it about the onboard entertainment (i.e. the comedians, stage show, musicians, the disco, etc.) that made it enjoyable or not enjoyable?
Spa/Fitness: Did the spa and fitness facilities meet your expectations? Mention why or why not.
Children's Activities: If applicable, tell us if the children you traveled with enjoyed the activities that were planned for them. How would your rate the children's program?
Public Areas: What did you think about the appearance and the ambiance of the public areas of the ship such as the promenade, hallways, ship deck, shops, etc?

This helps put your review in context.

Are you a first time cruiser or a seasoned veteran of the sea?
How many people were you traveling with?
Were you traveling with children or seniors citizens?
Were you there for an occasion such as a wedding, honeymoon, anniversary or reunion?

Other suggestions

Constructive criticism is appreciated, so long as it provides meaningful insight as to why the ship was unsatisfactory.

Restrictions on comments

We welcome your constructive thoughts, but some types of comments are not acceptable for Customer Comments. These include:

Comments that aren't related to the ship you're reviewing.
Comments that are clearly misleading or inaccurate.
Profanity, obscenities, vulgarities, or spiteful comments.
Hearsay rather than first-hand knowledge.
Comments -- either positive or negative -- that suggest an ulterior motive.
Personal information, such as phone numbers, addresses, or e-mail addresses.
Single-word comments or repetitious word use.
Product availability, pricing, or URLs for other suppliers.

We reserves the right to edit comments for content, brevity, clarity, spelling, and grammar, and to decline to post any comment. Once submitted, all comments become the sole property of this site, and the author of the comments authorizes the site to publish, post, and distribute the comments anywhere in the world.
