Excellent organization by HAL. Embarkation and disembarkation take 10 minutes max. Book pick-up time 10 minutes after disembarkation time, no later. The extras with the suite were definitely worth the extra fee. We used and enjoyed the concierge services, laundry etc. Excellent meals though fish dishes and desserts would be rated as very good and not excellent. The Pinnacle Grill was spectacular and worth the cover charge. Tours are very well organized with excellent sites and good value for the money. They usually involve alot of walking and you need to take at least one bottle of water. The lunch provided on the day long tours is usually in a lovely location and is a several course meal. As usual, excellent service from the staff, and great entertainment at night. Unable to comment on daytime activities as we were not there except on sea days and then we were at the spa or the pool. Both great!
