We had a great time, and would do it again. Our only problem was on the 1st night, when our toilet overflowed and the response was very slow - it took over an hr. for them to dispatch a plumber to us, and it was very late at night, 12:24 am. I had to call them at least 4 times to confirm that a plumber was coming because they didn't know. We put nothing in the toilet but paper, so the problem was with the previous passengers who left, since it was our 1st night. This trip was also a belated anniversary present, and our agent had planned for us to receive an anniversary cake at dinner which we never received, she was surprised that we didn't receive it, and we were also disappointed.
