Loved the cruise. The restaurant, the Entertainment and room service where excellent. However the cruise caters mostly to Italians and while the crew did their best to communicate at the end we found it difficult with the language. Our English hostess was fantastic but there was always a set time to meet. In other words she was not available 24 hrs. However when she was it was fantastic. As a suggestion please consider a couple of employees at the front desk to cover a shift each for the english speaking community. Also the kids (350 of them ) occupied the hot tubs from morning till night. Could not enjoy any time in the tubs. Kids where all over the place and where not controled by their parents at all. As a suggestion put regulation in place for parents to uphold them. The fact that kids are free is not the problem. The problem is there where no set regulations so the crew can direct parents to follow. All in all excluding these couple of negative comments ie Language and the Kids, we really enjoyed the cruise and the ports visited where fantastic. We will treasure the memories. Thank you
