Hello We did have a good trip. Our new airport is fabulous. We found the flying much better this time. I had checked in on the internet which eliminated a big line up at check in. Try it! The only thing that happened here our water was confiscated, no liquids on the plane. Unfortunately at the other end was not such a great experience. According to what we were told the cruise ship was 3 hours late arriving that morning. We waited at the airport over an hour being told the bus was on it's way and then the embarkation was a nightmare. Thank god it was a nice day as the line up was forever . Then we were put into the alien line, which actually worked in our favour on debarkation, as it was a shorter line. The ship was late leaving Long Beach. There was never an apology nor any explanation given by the staff, it would of been nice to be acknowledged that there was a problem, but silence is golden ? But once we got going everything was good. We loved our cabin. Had a table of 3 great couples. We enjoyed our meals together every night. Not as warm as I had hoped for. The ports were warm but cruising in the Pacific was cool. I was not prepared. We did several fun excursions into the mountains of Puerto Vallarta in a 4x4 jeep safari. Saw the jungle, some small towns, a school and had a beach barbeque on the beach great stuff In Matzalan we learned that we are not kyakers ( almost got a divorce) Saw seals sunning on a rock. Dave saw a whale . and we saw porpoise or dolphins behind the boat the night we left. Hundreds of them jumping right out of the water. Cabo San Lucas was our favourite port, unfortunatley the least amount of time spent here. We did a yamaha rhino jeep adventure lots of fun here. Got to drive these ourselves through the deserts and along some wonderful sand beaches. All in all a great time was had by all! Regenia
