Wonderfully relaxing ship, passengers, and itenerary! Loved that pace for unwinding.......so very different than the 24/7 party pace (= family client base) of Carnival ships..... Excellent dining options with the new open dining times for dinner. Never a problem booking a table for 2 only. Size of ship was 1200 passengers, and seemed like not filled to capacity.....although staff said it was. Lots of room for everyone! I also liked that many of the passengers were also content to just relax in their own space as well. Most passengers were in their mid 50's and older, and had been on several cruises.....one fellow has been on 41 cruises! Common comments overheard amongst other passengers was that this was the "best sized ship" for a relaxing cruise, and Holland America their preferred fleet. Loved every minute and it went by way too quickly!
