Very Bad embarkation and disembarkation spoiled what could have been a good impression. Ship design was awkard and smokey..... Service, food and cleanliness were excellent. Bar/dance entertainment was mixed and inconsistent. Theatrical shows were very good. Flight seating was poorly done and not as requested. Good service on lost luggage...
