This was our first cruise so I don't have much to compare it with but it was a positive experience and we have booked another cruise. The only thing that I think they could improve upon was getting on the boat. We stood in line for about 3 hours and it seemed to be very poorly organized. Getting off was not too bad as we are Canadian Citizens and managed to bypass much of the line up. Not sure how you could speed up getting off as customs was invovled. Overall, we were delighted with the experience and loved the towel animals that we found in our room each evening...funny what a silly thing like that can do.
