Our first cruise on Crystal was a fabulous experience. the service, friendliness and information given us was always up to date and well thought out. Staterooms were spacious and having the large unobstructed window was wonderful, next time a patio would be fun but certainly is not necessary as time is spent outside the room, up on deck. Very good for spa and fitness is because of the very high cost of spa only. The fitness schedule and fasclities were great. Entertainment, absolutely excellent and professional.Good for public areas was because of the age of the chairs which were quite worn in areas, had lost their stuffing and were somewhat uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time, but clean and plentiful. Deck area chairs and cushions, towels and mats were great. From the time we checked in at the airport our transfers were taken care of in an efficient manner, no lifting of our own luggage, which was a bonus for our elderly mothers. We will be travelling again on Crystal Cruises again.
