Service could have been better by far. As all staff gratiuties are automatically deducted at the end of the cruise there is ABSOLUTELY NO INCENTIVE for exceptionally good service. I didn't like the line ups/pagers of freestyle dining. This emphasized to me the benefits of pre-arranged main meals seating. Our best experience for meals was the Jefferson Bistro--truly top notch--Excellent. Otherwise, some meal experience left a lot to be desired. Luggage embarkation and disembarkation was the most organized and flowed smoothly. Excursions were also well organized and executed.
