Positives: We really enjoyed the cruise and the ship was in excellent shape. We were treated very well by the cabin staff and servers as well. Great value, and we had a great time. Negatives: We had several communication issues with some staff....english is not their first language, and they were less than helpful when asking questions, as they sometimes didn't understand our questions. Also, this is a little thing....but....I inquired several times about the non-functioning television in our cabin, and was promised that it would be fixed the same day. It never did get fixed. I don't go on a cruise to watch tv in my cabin, but it is nice to watch the news and sports in the evening before bed, and check your account status etc....this never functioned for the entire week??? Finally, we found that the food quality and selections were not nearly as good as our previous cruise....a little disappointing. Likely won't book Costa for our crusing in the future.
