- We really liked the smaller ship and assigned seating - had really nice table companions. The food was good - lots of variety and larger portions than last cruise. Front Desk Staff & Shore Excusion Staff were great. - most memorable thing about the ship - Sorry to the non poker players BUT the PokerPro Table for Texas Hold-Em was broken after the first night. The Casino arranged to have one Blackjack table set aside for Poker players. They did a good job of organizing it. There were specific times when a signup list was available and play started Promptly at 9:30 pm. If you were not there your seat was given to the next player on the waiting list who was present. This caused a lot of problems for the Casino Staff but was quite entertaining to the rest of us as we listened to the complaints Every Night about how they could have done a better job of organizing things. Personally - we were happy the way it was handled. If you wanted to sign up you had to be there early to sign up and if you wanted to play you had to be early to play. - Our stateroom steward could have had a bit more hustle - was not too quick to make up the room in the mornings. Also - we were always the last table served in the Dining Room which left no time for coffee after dinner. (we were not late arriving for dinner.) - Overall - we had a great time - came back much more rested than we were on the last cruise. The Shore excursions were great too.
