Regarding the delayed sailing - we were looked after by efficient and cheerful staff - who took a lot of abuse from other passengers which we felt was not necessary as they did everything they could for us. The hotel in Disney land was the best and we throughly enjoyed our time. The staff on board were again very efficient, cheerful and helpful. Once we got used to being waited on hand and foot - we decided that is the only way to travel. Had a great time and have not hesitated to recomment Holland America as a destination carrier. We are Catholic and we appreciate having Mass on board anytime it fits within the schedule. We choose to travel with Holland America because this option is available and important to us.
