We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade from outside stateroom to balcony stateroom. The trip was pleasant, crew extremely helpful and friendly which was a nice change from the crew of our previous cruise. The food choices varied daily and there was usually a diverse selection. Improvements could be made to the entertainment, we enjoyed the HAL dancers and singers, as well as the musical bands/trios, but the other entertainment, with the exception of the impersonator, was less than satisfactory. As well the shows were at 7 and 9 o'clock and as we were at the 8 pm dinner sitting, it forced us to go to the 7 o'clock show which left no or little time for a relaxing drink before dinner. In general is was a good but not exeptional cruise.
