One thing that was really impresive was the well organized coordination of the people leaving the ship and coming back after been in land. We stay previously in a hotel and this made thing easier to take the ship. Even though we didn't use all the facilities, what we saw was very good and everyplace was very clean, not menctioning our cabin, that was well keep by our steward. Entertainment, very good. There is always room for improvement, but no complains. The attention of all the personnel was always friendly and afective, making things on board very pleasant. Last but no least, it could be more relaxing (for peace of mind) to have more information (or more accurate) on the TV respect to the conditions of the sea/wether, for people like us that was our first time in a ship. I would say that this was a wonderful experience for vacationing with Noruegian Cruise Line and I would recommend it to anybody anxious to have an unforgetable holiday.
