The personnel was very friendly and efficient. The shows which were described as Las Vegas style were disappointing. The layout of the ship was confusing especially the Lido (9th) deck. Areas were just too similar for one to orient ourself quickly. The pools were not heated, especially during the 1st and last day at sea when the outside temps were at 20C and very windy. The dining and stateroom staff made the difference.
