What we appreciated more than anything was the quality of the people who served us whether on the ship or on the land cruise. Everyone was very friendly, courteous, happy, and fun to be around. Everything was first class, our luggage was always were it was supposed to go or be, buses were prompt, facilities were outstanding, meals were delicious, etc. When we inquired of a H-A service person, their suggestions were on the mark. After the ship cruise, we did a land cruise, everything went well. We really appreciated the young tour guides/bus drivers, who were very friendly, informative and fun. An outstanding group of people, including the young lady (train) who sang to us the Alaskan state song and anniversary song. Thanks for making this trip one to be remembered.
